Return & Refund Policy
We want you to absolutely love your order! But if something isn’t quite right, don’t stress—we’ve got your back.
Returns
You’ve got 30 days from the moment your package lands to request a return. To be eligible, your item should be:

In the same condition you received it
-
Unworn or unused
-
With tags and original packaging still intact

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Heads up: Sending things back without asking first? Sorry, we can’t accept those.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item came defective, damaged, or we made a mistake (see definition below), return shipping is on you.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us ASAP with a photo so we can make it right. We also suggest using a trackable shipping method—otherwise, we can’t promise your return will arrive safely.
Our Mistake
Sometimes things go wrong on our end. “Our mistake” includes situations where we:

Send the wrong item (wrong size, color, design, or a completely different product than what you ordered)

Send a damaged or defective item
-
Make an error in a custom or made-to-order product—for example, we misspell a name, use the wrong color, or forget a requested personalization
If any of these happen, don’t worry—we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
These are items created just for you—think personalized gifts, custom designs, or products made to your exact specifications. Because they’re tailored specifically to your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s off (wrong product, damaged, defective), reach out immediately. We’ll do our best to fix it quickly.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some things are one-of-a-kind or tricky to return, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (beauty, hygiene, etc.)

Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

Sale items and gift cards
If you’re unsure about something, just ask before ordering.
Exchanges
Want something different? The fastest way is to return your item (if it’s eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund’s approved.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card, it might take a little longer to show up.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, give us a nudge at support@perfectlyspecialgifts.com.
Digital Gift Cards
Our digital gift cards fly to inboxes via email with special instructions for checkout. A few things to know:

They’re non-returnable and non-refundable

They cannot be exchanged for cash

Make sure the recipient’s email is correct—once it’s sent, it can’t be reissued or transferred
