Welcome to Perfectly Special Gifts & Design Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).   • Custom and personalized products may not be refundable unless defective.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us and payment is processed.

  • Review your order carefully. Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

4. Prices and Billing

  • Prices are as displayed at checkout and may not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.

  • Promotions or discounts may have expiration dates and restrictions; terms of promotions govern if conflicts arise with these Terms.

  • You represent that payment information is accurate, authorized, and up to date. You are responsible for charges incurred.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping begins after production. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Digital Products and Gift Cards

  • Digital gift cards are delivered via email, usually instantly, but may take up to 1 business day.

  • Ensure the correct email is provided; we are not responsible for incorrect entries.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, designs, images, and materials on our Services are owned or licensed by us and protected by law.

  • You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

  • Our Services may provide access to third-party tools and links. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee these tools.

9. Relationship with Shopify

  • We are powered by Shopify. All sales occur directly with Perfectly Special Gifts & Design Studio. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and you release Shopify from claims related to your orders.

  • Submitting feedback grants us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute it.

  • You warrant that you own the feedback and it does not violate any rights or laws.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.
