At Perfectly Special Gifts & Design Studio, all items are made-to-order with care. Please allow time for production and shipping — it’s worth the wait!

Production Time

  • Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days.

  • Some products may take longer depending on the design and print provider.

Shipping Time

Shipping begins after production is complete:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping times are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or provider issues.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking helps both you and us ensure your order reaches you safely.

Order Issues

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we cannot be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

  • All shipping times are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery

  • All gift cards are digital and delivered via email.

  • Delivery is usually instant, but may take up to 1 business day in rare cases.

  • Make sure to enter the correct email address at checkout — we are not responsible for incorrect email entries.

Final Sale

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

How to Use

  • Recipients can redeem their gift card online at our Shopify store.

  • Each gift card has a unique code and can be used toward any product on our site.
